The Akademeia 21st Century operates 17 vocational schools and one Japanese language school in four cities: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. We provide a consistent support system for international students who wish to acquire knowledge and skills in Japan and seek employment in Japan, from studying abroad to finding employment or continuing on to higher education.
Student VISA renewal procedure
When it is time to renew your status of residence, we will guide you through the renewal procedures according to the respective deadlines.
Part-time job introduction support
At The Akademeia 21st Century, we allow international students who have obtained permission to engage in activities outside of their status of residence to work part-time, as long as it is within the limits of the Immigration Control Act (up to 28 hours per week, 8 hours per day). We also provide information on job opportunities and teach how to write a resume and how to interview.
Credit/attendance management
When renewing your visa, the Immigration Bureau conducts a strict examination of credit acquisition status and attendance rate. International Student Admin manage and support credit acquisition status and attendance rate on a daily basis so that renewal applications can be approved.

We provide detailed, individual support for job hunting in Japan, a country different from your home country.

Industry-academia collaboration project
In cooperation with various companies and organizations, a wide range of projects are implemented, such as product planning and sales, event management, and customer service. On-site learning leads to skill improvement, and it becomes a power that can be utilized immediately after employment.
Internship (company training)
We have introduced an internship system (corporate training) that allows students to experience professional work while still in school.
There are many companies that accept them. There are many opportunities and achievements that lead directly to employment.
Free Japanese support
Japanese support system
Classes are conducted in Japanese, except for foreign language classes and special classes. Japanese language proficiency is important for international students who wish to work in Japan, so we have classes to prepare for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
Furthermore, depending on the school, there are also classes for international students to learn the technical terms necessary for them to be active in their respective fields.
Admission support
After graduating from a vocational school, support for those who wish to transfer to the third year of university!
Upon graduation, you will be able to obtain the title of "professional", so you can go on to a Japanese university. For those who wish to go on to higher education, there is support such as writing essays required for entrance exams and practicing for interviews.
